VEHICLE INSPECTION
AKTUR provides periodic vehicle inspection services at international standards under the Sub-Operation License Agreement signed in 2008 with TÜVTÜRK, the only authorized and appointed institution for periodic vehicle inspection in Türkiye. Within this scope, it is TÜVTÜRK’s largest business partner in Türkiye.
With 360 employees working at 20 fixed, 1 motorcycle, 4 mobile and 2 mobile tractor stations, AKTUR provides services in the provinces of İzmir, Manisa, Aydın and Denizli, carrying out periodic and roadworthiness inspections of approximately 1 million vehicles per year and exhaust gas emission measurements of around 500 thousand vehicles. Including free re-inspections and checks, the total number of inspections reaches approximately 1.4 million.
All AKTUR service activities are audited by TÜVTÜRK, the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, and other ministries. AKTUR is audited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK) in accordance with the TS EN ISO 17020 standard and is accredited under this standard.
Our vehicle inspection operations, which provide employment for a total of 450 people and form part of a project that will continue until 2027, are not only a key source of prestige for our company but also an important responsibility in enabling our country to reach European standards in this field.
